By accessing AI Mail Hub, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

You may connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for account credentials, access permissions, message content, recipients, and compliance with applicable law and email policies.
3. Service functionality
The Service may read connected email, organize it, generate optional AI-assisted summaries and drafts, and send messages that an authorized user initiates. AI output can be incorrect or incomplete and must be reviewed before use.
4. Prohibited use
- Unauthorized access, surveillance, phishing, spam, harassment, or unlawful communications.
- Uploading malware or attempting to disrupt, probe, or bypass Service security.
- Using the Service in violation of Google policies or third-party rights.
- Relying on AI output as legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice without qualified review.
5. Your data
You retain rights in content you provide. You grant us the limited permission needed to process that content to operate the Service. Our handling of Google user data is described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Availability and changes

8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and revoke Google access at any time. We may suspend access for security risks, policy violations, unlawful conduct, or material breach of these Terms.
