Disconnect Google access
Open your Google Account connections, select AI Mail Hub, and remove access. This immediately prevents future Google API access.
Delete data stored by AI Mail Hub
Send a deletion request from the connected email address to luciferluoluo@gmail.com with the subject “AI Mail Hub Data Deletion Request.” Identify the connected account to delete. We may ask you to verify ownership before deletion.
After verification, we will delete the connected account’s OAuth tokens, synchronized message data, generated summaries and drafts, and related workspace mappings from active systems. Limited copies may remain temporarily in encrypted backups or where retention is required for security, fraud prevention, or law.
What revocation does not do
Removing Google access stops future access but does not automatically delete information previously stored in AI Mail Hub. Complete both steps when you want access revoked and stored data deleted.
